What is great stuff is it like a foam that hardens ?

yep, thats exactly what it is. you can buy it at home depot or lowes or pretty much any home improvement store. it is called great stuff gaps and cracks and comes in a red bottle. good luck and you can e-mail me at otis07_@hotmail.com if you have any questions about how it works.

Great cage! Did you have to put anything over the great stuff? Or is it just the foam?
