there are three fbt and two red eyes and one whites in a 55 gallon

Is it hard to keep the glass clean?, since three frogs are always climbing and doing stuff in glass? I planingto build a paludarium in a 75 gallon tank and I was thinking to use firebelly toads and gree three frogs, can you give any tips in the maintenance of the tank?
