This is the set up I put together for my brand new CRB. For heating I have a 100 watt ceramic emitter in a dimmable lamp, a twenty gallon sized UTH on the side glass of the cool end and a forty gallon sized UTH on the side glass of the hot end. I have a nice rickety little antique of an aquarium light on it right now that I want to swap for a low wattage daylight bulb. I'm also thinking of pulling the 40 UTH, I was going back and forth with myself over heating so it ended up a little all over the place. The white water dish doubles as a cooling hide, I have three plants and a small climbing branch. The hide to the right has two chambers, one of which is filled with damp moss. I have one patch of moss behind the water dish and one in the center of the cage, the substrate is chunk coconut husk. My hot side is getting to right at 89 currently.

A friend of mine has breeding pair of rainbows and also keeps carpet pythons. He doesnt use the UTH at all with the rainbows they need warm air not a substrate that warm but air that is cool.
The overhead bulb on one side helps with humidity and again warms the air and in a 20 gallon tank you can get temp gradient with overhead bulb esp the spotlight types ( he uses black ESU spotlights)Your set up looks great a few branches to climb would be nice but not needed
