What are those? Are they yours and is it legal to have/sell?

It's a Brush Tail Possum. They're Australian, so it would be illegal to own one as a pet (unless you were a licensed wildlife carer and they couldn't be returned to the wild) or to export them to anywhere (and anyone) except a zoo. These are probably just wild ones visiting a backyard, or perhaps in a zoo. They're fantastic animals.

In Aust. they live in most areas including suburbs and cities provided theres enough trees. If you feed them they become pretty tame and you can hand feed them, so you don't really need to have one as a "pet", if you feed them they will always just come and visit you every night. If you are silly enough to leave a window open they will wander into your kitchen and throw food everywhere. They have pretty nimble finglers so they can get into things and really make a huge mess, trust me you don't want these guys in your house. If visit Sydney, all the possums in Hyde park (big park in the city) are tame enough to be hand fed.
