I think this is manouria emys emys from Sumatera because the shell still have green colour.If manouria emys phayrei is totaly black shell and high dome shell from India.

Just turn the Tortoise over and the truth will be out But M.e.phayrei are not from India
But the 2 front limbs do look dark enough to pass off as M.e.phayrei !!!
