The kids: 0.1 normal ball python. 0.1 super pastel ball python, 1.0 bumblebee ball python, 1.0 jungle jag, 1.0 western hognose, 2.4 crested geckos, 1.5 leopard geckos, 0.1 B. smithi, 0.0.1 L. Parhybana, 1.0 avic versi, 0.1 rose hair, 2 cats, 2 birds

I have an adult that looked very similar to this....only now she has mostly lost her stripe and she is getting a bit of red on her head.. (she's 5 now) ..do you know what phase this is?

The snake is a "striped" ghost corn. I do not know what you mean by "phase".
