is this a toxic scorpion? Is it called the Androctinus?

You say Androctonus species. it is difficult to see. And then y think it is a adroctonus crassicauda. because it is too dark to be A. australis and it is too light coloured to be A. bicolor, it also has bigger pedipaps than a. bicolor. the tail is pretty heavy to so it is probably not a buthus species.
According to some people and LD 50. measurements Androctonus crassicauda has a more potent venom than L. quinquestriatus. If that would really be the case then it is the most venemous scorpion around.

I'm not sure on the scientific name, but this looks like a Fat-Tailed Scorpion, indeed one of the most venomous species of Scorpions around. In addition to having lethal venom in thier stinger, this Scorpion's tail is jam-packed with powerful muscles that'll really drive it in deep. Certainly not a species for anyone but the most skilled veteran keepers.
