So can we fully assume that mystics and phantoms are two lines of the same morph now?

The answer to your question is "I guess that depends on how much you think Super Phantoms should vary". This isn't identical to a regular Super Phantom however isn't to far off either! Once more of these are made (including the Super Mystic Yb) the answer will be more clear.
