Hey blood,
How old are you? Every comment you post you ask, "where can I get one". You do realize this is a venemous snake? It just sounds kind of ignorant.

yeah i do realize this is a venomous snakes im not an idiot and im trying to get into hots so thats why i am asking and all the other posts are of snakes that a person i know is trying to purchase so thats why. i dont see whats so ignorent? there are many ppl that keep venomous snakes so i dont know what your problem is and if you really must know.. im 16 years old and you are gonna probably give me crap now about my age but i have plenty of knowledge about snakes, ive had them all my life so i think i will be alright and if you dont like me that seems like a personal problem you have to deal with because i did nothing to you or anyone else. so dont worry about anyone but yourself alright.

just so you kiddies know. you have to be 18 to purchas hots. so weather you are ready for them or not you still gotta wait 2 years

Hey Blood-
Im not tryin to sound like im tellin you that you dont know what your doin, because i think you do but, venonmous are another story. Im 21 years old i have had venomous for 3 years now. What im gettin at is stick with non-venomus for a while. This snake here is a rear fanged snake that has the ability to move its fangs backwards and sideways, they can tag you if you have them correctly pinned. So stick with non venomous a bit longer.

yeah i get what your saying. and i appreciate it. your right in a way but also, doesnt everyone have to start somewhere? i probably will end up waiting a while to handle venomous snakes. thanks for not giving me crap like everyone else and just explaining it to me. i do want to get into venomous snakes and if i do get a rear fanged snake, my first most likely will not be this one. it'll probably be a FWC or somthing. thanks gabboonherper

Certainly everyone has to start somewhere, every post you do make is where can I get one. In my mind someone ready to die at the hands(haha pun) of a snak ought to know enough not to have to ask that.

If you get bitten you will just be a burden on someone else, wait untill you get older and can pay your own medical bills before you get into hots.

The only exception in my mind is someone who grows up around hots, and even then I am very iffy about any dangerous species.

I have also been with reptiles since i was born. My dad worked a Max Allens Zoo befor it burned down. So between me and my dad we have over 50 years of handling skills and i now surpass my dad on that subject. Most of u guys kepts or cought hots when u where 16 and younger so why discurage us and not help us.

i am not trying to digurage anything. but in most places that i know of you have to be 18 or be 18 and have a permit to legaly own hots. and if a parent was to buy a hot for thier child and that child was to get bit. the parents would get in trouble with the law for contibuting to a minor. all i am trying to say is wait till you can legally own one. it'll give you more expeirince before hand and if you go about it legally no one can give ya shit about it

If you would have read my first comment i do not keep hots right now because i am not 18 however i do rescue them from sticky situcations and release them back into the wild.
