Wild Caught Near Houston, Texas, Adult, Hyla cinerea (American Green Treefrog), Blue Morph Photo#1 Had it for 4 days, color has not varied from shades of light blue. If anyone else has one of these, or has at least SEEN one, PLEASE contact me or make a comment. I didn't know that there WERE any blue morphs of this treefrog. From the size (Just over 2"), coloration of throat (Pure White -- In fact, a LOT of the underside is pure white.) and lack of any visible ear spots, I'm pretty sure this is a FEMALE.

I actually found a male that looked very similar recently. Over time, he began to look more normal however (presumably due to the vitamin supplementation-I think he may have been deficient in D3). However, even at his bluest, he still had very typical yellow spots on the dorsum. Since yours has white spots, I'd be inclined to think it's actually axanthic-very cool.
