why all the comments about race? there are many dedicated and hardcore reptile hobbyists that are asian. that's the joy of herp keeping, it ain't got no skin color!

Its not skin colour im talking about and im not trying to be a racist or anything, but its just kind of weird that most of the times when you goto a reptile expo,swap,etc... its kinda weird not seeing any azn herpers. Plus, my father is always telling me that im gonna get a disease or skin problem by keeping a harmless ball python or common boa in my room, and he says that i will get all those problems but other people wont because their chinese and i wanna get an azn herper to prove my dad wrong. Ack, this post was probably useless, but just in case u wanted to know.

yes...i am an asian.. and i live in taiwan.. the singer in the album is very famous in asian... her name is faye wong... you guy should someday listen to her voice... it is just amazing...she and the GTP are my favorite things...BTW i don't have any disease because of keeping snakes

I am the same way got my first green anole and pink bellied swift at age five. I love herps and I too spend too much time and money on them, I'm always looking for bigger and better things for them. My parents don't think to highly of me spending all my work money on herps, but I'm not complaining. I'm 15 right now.
