The mask on the prosoma would ID this scorpion as Centruroides vittatus. The stripes are where this scorpion recieves it's common name, "Three Striped Bark Scorpion", and is also commonly refered to as the "Texas Bark Scorpion".

They are pretty common in Florida. I find them in my house a lot.
