hey, sorry the pic screwed up, but anyway i just got her tonight and she seemed sweet, i held her for a while, took the pic then put her on my bed and got her new cage ready, well? when i whent to pic her up she hissed at me, then struck, i then got a stick and gentley put her in her cage, well shes still hissing...... anyone no y she'd be nice then mean?? i d like to no, i havn't seen a burm be this moddy before.... well tell me what u think plz! it might help... thanx

the only thing i can think of is maybe there was a scent on the bed of another animal. . ( dog, cat etc. )? I would say its just causes shes in a new place but burms are usaully very chill animals

Actually belive it or not I found out she wasn't haddled before, and when she falls asleep and wakes up out of her cage she just gets spooked.....Its happened a few times now but she's losing her fear fast.... and eating me out of house and home,, I ve never had a burm like her i tell ya that much lol....

Yeah burms are fantastic. Before i got my albino I only kept small constrictors like ball pythons. Frankly i got bored. Burms are just awesome animals. I just hate how everyone makes them seem like man eating beast. LATER

hey u might like green tree's but i like burms budy... to me burms are the best to u GTP's are the best and i respect that... besides I don't got the money for a gtp lol....

yeah GTP's are cool but they are expensive and you can hardly hold them. But as THEJIM says your decision is respected.

Yea gtps are great, gotta cut a lot of grass for them! I have some that are so nice and some that are crasy, thats what I like about them. They prob end up costing the same as your larger snakes because you powerfeed your snakes and i feed them once every 2-3 weeks with much smaller meals.
