Mindy is very beautiful, but she looks sad. How long has she been at the shelter?
After seeing the cat room at your shelter, at least she has the next best thing to a forever home.

I think she is 3 years old. She had been a house cat with another orange and white cat name "Mork." (Heheehee Mork and Mindy) She pretty much sleeps all the time when I am there. She lets me pet her, but only when she is in a bed where she feels safe. She is a bit hesistant, but loves it. She is so much more beautiful in person. I may take her someday if I move and she is still there (right now I am not allowed to have anymore.) She has a very independent personality it seems. I guess she gets along with other cats. I haven't seen her fight or hiss at any others.

Hi Zoe,
Mindy is a very pretty cat!! I love her markings. She is still hesitant, but can be pet. She is a former family cat. She seems like she would make a great pet. She has been at the shelter about a year now. I am surprised that she is still there, but if a cat isn't walking around rubbing up against someone's leg it's a little harder to get adopted.
