I would REALLY love to know the scientific name of this particular mantis, I recently purchased one, WITH an ootheca, and need to know humidity levels, ect, ect. if you can Help, It would be greatly appreciated. thanx

This is an African Mantis, one of the Sphodromantis species. Information on care of oothecas and juveniles of this species can be found at www.totalmantis.com and www.mantisUK.com
