Tigger's New Basking Shelf

I added a shelf in Tiggers cage so he could get closer to his heat lamps. I had to replace Tigger's cypress mulch with a rug because he got a sore on his back that got infected and I couldn't get it to heal since the mulch kept getting stuck to it. It has healed nicely since removing the mulch. I have not yet determined if I will put him back on the mulch or try a different substrate.
