We lost Sakari. We were treating her for a mild thermal burn that she suffered somewhat mysteriously along with our male who was in a separate tank and also burned. They had been on the same set-up for almost a year without problems. The only thing we can think of is that the outlet the under tank heaters were running off of powersurged. Other than the burn she was the healthiest ball the vet said that they had seen. One night after we had soaked her she went into shock. My wife and I were devestated. The male (Cherio) is doing fine he healed up in just a couple of weeks.
