How do you tell males from females???

And does the sexing of an Apple Snail also apply to other types of snails (Gold Inca, Black Mystery, etc) ?

Hey Dragon77,
A snail is both a male AND a female. So alls you need is 2 snails in order to breed. Although 1 snail has both male and female reproductive organs, 1 snail CANNOT produce by itself and requires a partner for some reason, its pretty complicated.

Actually apple snails are both seperate genders most other snails are both.
