Nope, this is the same Barney, new picture :0) I think we'll find him a home of his own. Although he's a cutie pie, we foster a lot and I'm not sure how well new fosters would accept this tiny terror.

I know what you mean! I'm a foster Mom to 5 (soon to be six dogs). Three out of my five are puppies. I also have a 2lb Chihuahua of my own. She is just too tiny for most dogs.
