This is my baby, Velvet. He was 13 yrs old. At his peak, he weighed 18 lbs. We had to put Velvet to sleep on Feb. 22 due to liver disease & a golf ball sized mass in the intestines. He was sooo sweet! I miss my baby!

I'm so sorry for your loss :(
It seems that no matter how long their stay is with us....it is just never enough. Velvet was so lucky to have you as you were to have him.

13 years is the longest I've ever had a kitty. I learned the hard way about the urinary blockage problem neutered males get and that indoor cats can get fe-luk thru the screen. Now I make sure the vac's are up to date! Our new babies are going to get check-ups every 6 months! Can you imagine a world without cats?? :>)
