Does anyone know what the pink is? It looks like another lizard bit her but I don't think she's been near any other lizards, do you think it looks like a bite or something else?

There looks like alot of red ink on those papers.. is there any chance it might be a stain from them? Does she burrow under the papers? Has she eaten any kind of red fruits? Can't really tell if it's a bite from the picture. Is it possible it's discolored because of the shed she's going through?
