Nice pic, could you tell me what program you used, and if it's Photoshop 5.5, then how do I go about creating this effect?

Thanks for the compliment.Actually this effect was achived by an effect setting on my Sony digital camera/corder.Its just a negative like on undeveloped 35mm. film.Good luck!!!...
