I still can't believe what I see in this picture!! That's crazyiness!

Bullcrap!! thers no way... is there? it looks sorta like it shedding or something and why don't the top and side scale patterns match up??? some one please explain before I go crazy tryin to figure it out.. please

This is very true. I know Kelvin quite well and received his urgent call as this was happening. Actually, he even bought the rabbit in question from me earlier that day. I couldn't believe what he was describing when this happened... that is, until he sent pics. My only advice to him was to try and hold on to what was left of the boa's "neck" so this situation didn't worsen. This seemed to unhook the teeth that were caught on the rabbit's hind feet and the boa folded right-side-out in a few seconds. Aside from having a REALLY loose lower jaw, the boa appears to be fine and has fed one more time since.

Yeah, I could tell in the "after" picture that her lower jaw was pretty sore! Poor thing! Oh well, I guess things like that can happen sometimes, as wierd as they are!

That is the MOST craziest thing I've ever seen in my entire life! It doesn't seem even possible to do something like that unless your jaw is like a rubber band. Wow!!! I'm very happy the snake "pulled through" it though! Again, wow!

WHAT THE F@#$%, that is the first time i have ever seen or heard such a thing, i've seen other boas trying to eat their littermates but this is out rageuos, that has to be the best pic of the year, i will deffinately keep it in my photo album. Damn I still can't beleive what I saw , it looks like at least 6 inches of his face is down his throat!!!! its crazy I tell you, just nuts, GOOD PIC!!!!

You don't even consider this to be a possiblity! Really freaky... I just looked at my boa-cages with a concerned look on my face... Luckily it's rare... Sure enough because I never even HEARD of it! Poor snake...! :-(

that is a fake photo look at the scale pattern they dont match up, and besides if the animal had swallowed its head it would be inside out, which it clearly is not. its photoshop.
