Mine was full grown at about 3 inches and is a female so that's probably about the biggest they get

The frog is beautiful! I'd ditch the sphagnum, though, because of the risk of impaction and because it looks much too humid for your brom... but I love the photo :)

I have a female big eyed tree frog and she is 4 and a half inches she also only has one eye
