My female Sarawak short tailed python on her clutch of 17 eggs. The egg mass weighed 1376g from a female who weighed 4.5kg prior to breeding. She was hatched in 2000 by Chris Carmichael.

Hi Bob:
Because of the snake's stout body structure, how does she do incubating the eggs? I would think she's not be able to efficiently cover them all.

Hi Stu,
Sorry for the delayed response. It does look like an awful big clutch for her to effectively incubate. I use artificial incubation so I don't know how successful she'd be.
