We have the same issue with two of ours. We were told that it is not uncommon for them to be anorexic*. We used Fluker's Repta-Aid Emergency Aid
and it helped. You need to continue that and hand feeding for a while. One of ours is still really little and dark, but the other is green now - still little compared to the other two though. And the small ones are older...

Be careful. My water dragon recently turned dark green after my cat got a hold of him, which we realized when we saw my cat carry him down the stairs in his mouth. He did not have any wounds but he was dark green with little spots. The next day (yesterday morning) he died. So I would just watch how he is acting.

Runts are very common not to thrive well. Stress of some sort is usually
the cause of discoloration or weight loss. Try housing alone(One can easily stress another), mist regularly,
right lighting and temp., theyre used to greenery. Careful of the plants you use, or use artificial. Although live plants make a better habitat(oxygen transfer)research what to use,I think you can on kingsnake,I'm pretty sure hibiscus is good. Good luck
