What kind of filter do you have running on that tank? Also do you have a close up of the basking area?

Hopefully you know females need dirt to lay eggs in. Not having access to dirt one day a week can cause egg binding and infection or death. Laying eggs in the water is unnatural and unhealthy. Personally, I don't believe in keeping turtles permanently indoors. UVB lights are NOT an equal substitute for unfiltered direct sunlight. Your female also needs an area where she can hide from unwanted attention from the male. Females are stressed when they can't get away from males.
