what is ron trempers incubation method?

The Ron Tremper incubation method is incubating at a lower temperature(78*-83* F) for two weeks to get the female sex, but then switched to a hotter temp.(Like the male temps: 87*-90* F) to speed up the process and produce really brightly colored females, because temperature affects color and the lower the temp.. the darker. :)
