more likely that is G. multicarinatus (southern alligator lizard), but could be G. coereulus (northern). what area did u find it? they are very hard to sex, but i would guess it is a female (possibily gravid too?). southerns will lay eggs, northerns are livebearers. if u need husbandry help, just email me. i've kept most of the north american alligator lizards and have had good success breeding a few (except for the mexican abronia species).
