He's adorable. Is he an English budgie or an American parakeet? Where'd you get him?

Thanks! He's an American Budgie. I got him from this great breeder in Janesville, WI - They are called Tiny Acres Aviary - They had some really great birds and they take the time and the money to hand feed budgies - It's really worth it!

I'm looking for a new hen English budgie, preferably cinnamon violet. They are HARD to find!
