That looks to be a Centruroides Gracilis ( Central American Back Scorpion) Be very careful with these species, the are very aggressive and very potent.

Central American morph of the Slenderbrown bark scorpion. I have one myself. Note: They are quite venomous.

Looks exactly like one I saw in San Miguel, El Salvador and another in Langue, Honduras. They were big. In Langue, I got out of the ba[bleep] of a pi[bleep] up tru[bleep], turned around to get something out, and the alacran was crawling right where I'd been sitting...still makes me shiver.
