Squirt is the smaller one on the left and Crush is the larger one on the right. Are the white marks on Crush normal?

The white marks are shell rot. Start treating with silverdine.

Yeh, make sure they have a basking area with a heatlamp over it. Also keep the water at 80 degrees.
