Is that not a black widow? That looks exactly like the black widows I have around my house. Are brown widows just as poisonous as a black widow?

Well i thought brown widow's were the ones that laid those "spikey" egg sacs? I'm probably wrong anyways.

brown widows do produce those spikey sacks and it definately looks like one. What area are you in? They are suposed to be found in Floriday and the tropical islands.
