looks almost like some sort of abrasion (rodent bite perhaps?) that is in the process of healing. but it could be anything and im sure someone more knowledgeable will reply. good luck with that and i hope your snake is ok.

An odvious infection anything sharp in his envoriment? perhaps rubbed on i see if it sheds off could be a bad shed, well see.
