This is the worst of Dill's four feet. That one toe is an ongoing source of problems. The decision is yet to be made as to whether or not the toe will be amputated.
if the toe is a problem it should be amputated. I had to do that to one of my lizard's tails and he was better off.

Dill was a petshop rescue. Her toes have retained bands of unshed skin. In the past these were left to constrict the blood flow to her toes, causing them to die, and drop off.
When I got her, she went on a course of oral antibiotics, and topical cream to get rid of the infection. Now, at shed time, I remove the bands of skin for her after soaking in a nice warm bath for a while.

If it is a problem then don't waste time take the toe off and let dill get use to it right away
