Wolf getting ready for his first bath back in February 2003 at about 2 months old. It is important not to overbath your ferrets, it actually dries out their skin and makes them smell worse due to the extra production of oil to try to condition their skin, it is the oil that causes their ferrety aroma (which I personally love). Ferrets don't need baths at all unless they are really dirty from playing. At most you should only bath your fuzzy once or maybe twice a year.
