Found this spot in the agriope's web. It was very brownish/orange in the beginning and dripping with goo.

This spot turned out to be a flattened out egg case. 100 little babys!

Are you sure that's an Argiope sack?
The one's I've seen are heavily encased in a brown layer and hanging spherical in shape.

It was on the outermost portion of the web and was layed well before the second "normal" sack. It also hatched out before the other one and was filled with 100's of little agriopes. WEIRD!
