This is an excellent photo - I live in Ga too - and we get lots of these every fall . Are they venomous??

Not that I have found out. Ours kept to herself, and dissapeared one day. Kind of miss seeing her every morning.

These are beautiful garden orb weavers. They are completely harmless, and actually keep the dangerous spiders away. Good to have around!

Sadly, she won't return. These spiders die off with the first frost. Hopefully her offspring will return next year.
