What kind is this?

Caught this in southern IL. Flipped over part of a tree on the ground and this came running out from under it. Dont know anything about it. The color is black with yellow stripes running from the head to the tail. The color of tail turns blue/purple. Any ideas?

One other note,
This animal is a reptile and not an amphibian.
Please set it up in an enclosure with dry land and plenty of hiding places.
They are very easy to take care of and you should be able to find a ton o' information on their care by searching the web under Five Lined Skink.
