Actually it's more like a juvenile skink, Portland Arizona, right?

Well the species is definitely the blue tailed tree lacerta, Holoaspis sp, (probably guentheri). How on earth it was in Arizona is beyond me as they are African lizards. Most likely an import. Arboreal as you probably know already and hardly ever seen in the hobby. Skinks don't have the segmented blue colour on the tail, and have a much more conical head and body, with much shorter legs. As you can see the lizard has a defined head and long legs. Definitely a Holoaspis of some sort.
