Unknown beetle. What is it?

Keywords: Grey,black, and white pattern. Beetle type. Pinchers. Squeaks when moved.

Found this in the house. Would like to know what it is. Makes a funny squeaking noise while walking backwards when you touch it.

It looks like a pine sawyer, not sure which kind.

A beetle from the family Cerambycidae, whose larvae probably bore in wood.
So watch out for holes and frass marks in your wooden parts of the house!
