Red toad?

I live near a swamp and the roads turn in to a amphibian night club when it rains. I go out and catch all the partying toads and frogs or they get run over by the thousands. I release them to a more remote area the next day. This is one of the more interesting toads I've come across. She has red on her paratoid glands, nose and looks like she has red eye liner. I've never seen an american (or possible fowlers) with an red. Is this unusual? She is smaller that what the picture looks, only 1 and one half inches long.
