months ago my water dragon needed a shot, seconds after the injection the long dark mark on his leg formed and never went away

My male that i received when he was three had several problems. He needs injections every other day for 2 weeks and almost his entire leg has turned brown. Strange isnt it.

I cant be sure what happens to them but the one time my dragon needed an injection a spot like that formed as well, and never went away!
