Unless you REALLY know turtles, the only way to know for sure if it's healthy is to take it to a knowledgeable turtle vet. Your photo is kinda fuzzy but the top shell doesn't look too bad from a distance. That's not much to say though. Any unsymetrical spots on shell? Does it have runny eyes or nose? Parasites could be in stool whether you see them or not. Being a rehabber, I examine turtles over a period of time to judge health for sure. Sometimes respiratory infections take a while to show up. My experience shows that most turtles have worms also. Always quarantine a new turtle for 3 months before putting in with any others.
