How many toes on hind feet? Are there plastrons hinged?

I was told that there were no hinges...I have not personally seen the turtles and just trying to ID these guys with the series of pics I posted. They suspected a Helmet turtle?

The three toed box turtles I've seen arn't as colorful,I would say they are eastern boxs.
