Thanks for the kind words! This has been very difficult, but he seems to be getting better with each passing day. Its nice to have him chasing me around the house now, when he was so close to death not even two weeks ago!!! Ill try to get some new pics of him in action! Ill be ordering those gloves very soon!

Its a rather involved story but heres a simplified version.
He had been living at a pet store. Had had injuries from escaping at both his former owners home, and at the pet shop. The injuries were never treated. He was kept in a 4' enclosure. He got severe noserub. Again... his injuries were NEVER cleaned or treated. He was kept on aspen shavings. The aspen shavings got into his wounds, only helping to make the wounds messier. His infections got so bad, that it spread into his bloodstream, going systemic. He lost complete mobility. He was nearly dead...
Now, nearly 3 weeks, and $700. later, mr crocky is doing much better. He will now have a new chance to live his years out in peace. -And thats whats important! ;-)

That reptile shop should be shut down for good, give me the name so I can call the ASPCA.
I hear the rest of their animals are in bad condition as well.

That pet shops owner needs punishing, I would love to do the honours but I am millions of miles away. Dude I would love to do something about this
