Leopard Gecko Vivarium

this is a photo of a twenty gallon tank that houses two young female leopard geclos. as they come from asia minor their vivarium was built to reflect their natural habitat. day humidity is 40% and night humidity reaches 80%, normal in their region.
the substrate is clay and the stones are real. the live succulents have been growing since it was built, three months about, this photo is a month old.

very nice. i like this i would like to do something similar with a 55 i got for my 2 gilrs and a hopefully a 3rd whenever i get around to it.

i would like to know more about the clay. was i potery clay or what and how did you use it. did you wait for it to dry or what. please email me at zeus07@verizon.net

zeus07 i know you...stop by my site...and no it wasn't pottery clay. that stuff has silica in it unless you really hunt for good stuff. i got the clay from the ground. i dried it out and then screened it for unwanted things like glass or rocks, none found then added water, sand and a bit of soil. placed and planted after addind black silicone and such...stop by hey...

can i ask how you made the rocks stabel.im going to get my first leo soon adn i know the live in rocky areas so a rockey environment would bee good but how do you make it stable
