That picture it is so bad.. I mean I am really sorry for you lost dog..
I recently lost 2 loving dogs, they were sick and die.
So I guess I know more or lest what are U felling now.
You should do something legal about this!!!!
I think, that 4 me, the dog who atack your dog is not the bad, it is not the direct responsable for this.. I mean the real responsable it is the owner.
And dont know where do you live.
but if you live in USA, I guess U can do somethhing legal, and stop this person and his dog.
In Mexico, unfortunatly the law is not very good and streight. and In those cases, the only way to make justice is to kill the dog, and send some one to hit the owner..
But that is not always the best answer.

IM VERY SORRY TO HEAR THAT!, I GET TEARS IN MY EYES WHEN I READ ALL OF THESE ADDS ON HERE!BUT THIS IS REALLY SHITTY, FIRST I WOULD HAVE CRABBED THAT BULLDOG ,CUT ITS TONG OUT,SHOVED HIS OWN HEAD UP HIS ASS , SHOT IT WITH A 10 GUAGE AND THEN FEED IT TO MY 15 FOOT FEMALE TIGER RETICULATED PYTHON!THEN I WOULD PROBABLY DO THE SAME TO THE NEIGHBOR! Ohhh...the poor baby! How did this happen? I'm sooo, sooo sorry for both you and Yodi. I hope your neighbor paid the vet bill and received a fine from Animal Control. We've had 2 incidents in my area where people out walking their dog were suddenly charged at and attacked by loose dog(s). One dog that was attacked made it through; though he is now severely traumatized. And the other did not make it as your little Yodi. This should never have happened. My heart goes out to you :(
Yodi was a Rat Terrier wasn't he? I own a Rat also.
