Cute picture of Sammi. I have a question.My little nacho passed on a couple days ago and wasn't very old. I brought mine to a vet and treated him with antibiotic and vitamin,but they said it was a virus and these little birds are very small and it's hard to find out cause ,without hurting them.Anyway just curious if yours had similiar problems.sorry for your loss,they are really a special creature.

hi there, sorry 4 your loss as well....it's been 2 yrs now and i still miss him. as far as him being ill...no he wasnt ...i had gone out for the day and when i came home he was sitting on the bottom of his cage and he let me pick him up and i tried to give him some water which he actually took and then he just died in my hands...to this day i have no idea what happened my mom says it sounds like he had a stroke which i guess they are prone to having i try to think he wasnt sufferin much i wish i could have done something for him had i known.
