That apperas to be a racer or coachwhip, but not a king. The baby black racers here are identical to that. They go through an ontogenetic color change.

I'd have to agree with Matt. No blotches down the sides, plain tail and full saddles, looks like a racer. Prairie kings have botched sides and back, I just hatched 11 of them. Still a nice snake. How about a head shot?
